Strategic challenges will be discussed regarding evaluating partnership opportunities, negotiating agreements, managing cross-organizational expectations, and addressing conflicts or performance gaps. Legal and ethical considerations will be explored, including contract obligations, compliance issues, and risk mitigation within partnership arrangements.
Additionally, the development and use of partnership performance metrics are examined. The course introduces specific tools for assessing partnership effectiveness such as collaboration scorecards, ROI analysis, stakeholder mapping, communication frameworks, and partnership audits.
